In this Foodies event we will be preparing and eating some Swedish dishes, instructed by Swedish International Club member, Agneta Ekman.
This will be a hands-on session in which Agneta will be instructing participants in the food preparation methods, showing how the flavours go together and the different ingredients are combined to make five light, buffet-style dishes, typically Swedish and very attractive to look at.
Having made the dishes, we shall have the pleasure of eating them!
